Suiseiseki's Touchby ~DeAngelus

This is Suiseiseki from the anime 'Rozen Maiden' .

Depiction :
Recovery & restoration of a magical world (more like a representation of a humans soul , I believe) that is once dead , barren & blank of all shades of colors . Suiseiseki & Souseiseki (Not shown here) has the power to repair ones soul by going into their world & tending to a tree that represent ones current life (I think ... it's been a while since I've watched the show . Might watch it again anytime soon) .

Compare to my older piece , I'm still trying to give it a more illustrated feeling to it & give more detail to the background (which didn't fair so well still ...) . In addition to that , I try to use other special effect on this piece (that 'SHINY ,SPARKLY -DESU @w@ effect , if you know what I mean) . The major plus in this one to me is that my shadows aren't as black as it was before anymore ... YAY !!!

Details :
- A fan art piece , inspired by a picture I had in my hard drive (Still looking for the original owner of that piece ...)
- A4 size horizontally (wallpaper size x2)
- 100% digital
- Approx. 50+ layers
- Line-art & coloring done in SAI , blur effect done in Photoshop .
- Soft to hard round brushes used & Gaussian blur effects are used in this piece
- Took me about a month .

Artist's Comment :
It's technically done (just in time before the deadline [10th April here] , I hope) , but something feels not right . It feels incomplete ... I'll see what need more doing later on . Till then , it's still a complete piece from me & I'm pretty satisfied by it's outcome (not that happy though , just okay for me . Could be better) .

EDIT : Bummer , I've made a fatal mistake there . Got to fix it before the deadline ASAP!

EDIT 2 : Fixed that very fatal error I've made (The sparkly thing is not on the right place) & also did more touch-ups & fine tuning overall (less visible outline , left the outline of Suiseiseki the way as it was for now) . Added description as well (proper one , this time)
